These regulations specify the rules for using the car park at the Galeria Dominikańska shopping center (“Center”), further called the “Car Park”. Whenever the Regulations mention “Us”, this should be understood as a reference to the owner or manager of the Center. Every person present at the Car Park accepts the provisions of these Regulations and undertakes to strictly adhere to them:

When leaving your vehicle at the Car Park you do not enter into a parking agreement or any other agreement with Us which would oblige Us to look after your vehicle.
Entry to the car park is possible only after acquiring a parking ticket or using a subscription or pre-paid card.
The parking fee for every occupied parking spot is determined based on the currently applicable pricing list. The fee must be paid prior to exiting the Car Park at the parking toll booths or at the Parking Office located on the 4th floor of the Shopping Center. Handicapped individuals are exempt from paying the parking fee upon showing a valid Handicapped Parking Card. In order to be covered by the exemption, it is necessary to go to the Parking Office in order to properly de-code the parking ticket.
Exceeding the set parking exit time will result in charging an additional fee according to the price list.
Exit from the car park is possible only using a paid parking ticket or valid subscription or pre-paid card.
Subscription cards and pre-paid cards are available at the Parking Office priced according to the current price list. The manager’s decisions to issue the cards may be suspended or limited at any time.
In the case of losing the parking ticket, the user shall pay the applicable ticket loss fee of 50,00 PLN. Payments are made at the Parking Office.
a) any loses arising from vehicle theft, destruction or damage due to your fault or the fault of any other third parties, as well as due to accidents or natural disasters,
b) any items left in the vehicle or any of the vehicle’s accessories.
You are fully responsible for the damage caused to any third parties or on behalf of the Shopping Center within the Car Park.
We may decide to periodically close the car park or limit the number of available parking spots, change its purpose or alter its opening hours.
a) traffic rules specified in the commonly applicable legal regulations must be adhered to, as well as regardless of such regulations, you are obliged to follow all the signs placed within the Car Park, and any instructions by the Shopping Center’s security staff,
b) it is forbidden to park vehicles outside the places designated for parking,
c) there is a speed limit of 10 km/h,
d) vehicles must be immobilized after parking at the designated parking spot, the ignition and lights should be disengaged, the windows, doors and trunk should be closed, you are obliged to turn off all radio devices in the vehicle,
e) if a vehicle which you have parked incorrectly is blocking traffic within the Car Park, if it is parked outside a designated parking spot or on spots for emergency vehicle / handicapped individuals without an emergency vehicle / handicapped plaque in a visible place behind the windshield, your vehicle may be towed away at your expense.
a) for third parties to remain at the Car Park, unless it is related to exiting the Car Park after parking a vehicle or gaining access to a parked vehicle in order to exit the Car Park,
b) to consume alcohol,
c) to smoke tobacco,
d) to leave garbage, clean and vacuum vehicles, park vehicles with leaky installations, replace or refill fluids, cooling liquid, oil, etc., in the vehicle,
e) to destroy any of the Car Park’s equipment or infrastructure which is the property of the Shopping Center,
f) to repair, tank or service any kinds of vehicles,
g) to use open flames,
h) to leave vehicles with their engines on,
i) to leave unattended children or pets inside the vehicles,
j) to conduct any promotional or advertising actions at the Car Park without prior consent of the Shopping Center’s manager.
a) delivery vehicles, vehicles with trailers and vehicles with heights exceeding 210 cm,
b) vehicles transporting any kinds of firearms and dangerous materials, especially flammable, corrosive, explosive and other,
c) motorbikes, mopeds, bicycles and other two-wheel vehicles.
Monitoring is perpetual in order to oversee the users’ adherence to these Regulations, especially for the purpose of verifying the method of using the Car Park and issue of payments for the occupied parking spots. Monitoring camera footage may serve as a basis for enforcement of legal consequences against users who do not follow the Regulations.
